Why Golden Gate Park?

Exercising outside in nature has many benefits compared to working out in a gym. These include breathing fresh air and taking in natural surroundings, which improve mood and reduce stress. Additionally, exposure to sunlight helps increase vitamin D levels, essential for maintaining healthy bones and promoting good mental health.

Artificial turf ground is best

Training on a turf surface is ideal for developing endurance, speed, agility, strength, power, and coordination through many exercises. The cushioning absorbs the shock of jumping and lessens the pressure on the joints. It prevents wear and tear on the knees and ankles and reduces soreness and the risk of injury, including shin splints.

Midday group workouts boost productivity

Your energy level is likely high in the late morning and around lunchtime. This time provides a mental health break from work, reducing stress and boosting your productivity for the rest of the day. In addition to the physical benefits of exercise, the social aspect of group fitness activities, like a sense of community and belonging, also improves mental well-being.
